Join us at 12:15 for a yoga practice for everyone!
We will move through the practice focusing our attention on what it feels like to be in the body through slow focused movement. We will conclude with a full body relaxation. This is a short 45 minute practice that will leave one feeling relaxed and recharged in order to move into the remainder of our day with a brighter view and the ability to be fully present.
Please bring your own Yoga mat! AND space is very limited so if you find out you can't come, please cancel so someone else on the waitlist can have your seat. Thank you!
