For the first time in a decade, Housing Nantucket has commissioned a comprehensive study of the island’s year-round housing needs, updating and expanding upon earlier assessments. Drawing on data from local, state, and federal sources, the 2025 report shines a light on the barriers that prevent low, moderate, and middle-income residents from accessing appropriately priced year-round housing and reveals the key number we must solve for to meet this challenge.
