Event Details
Join the Nantucket Atheneum and Nantucket Family Resource Center for an evening of self care! Practice mindfulness with coloring and journaling prompts, craft a face mask and hand scrub to take home, and watch a feel-good movie while enjoying a warm drink. Mental health resources will also be provided.
